Dwarves
Dwarves are shunned in the miniature horse world but we feel they should be educated about. Dwarves should not be bred and all mini breeders try to avoid breeding them. They have many health problems including breathing, eating, joints, and feet. Their organs grow at the same rate as the mini horses do but they are in a smaller body so they tend to look potbellied. Some of the more major faults are extreme underbites, very large nostrils, bulging foreheads, short necks, and twisted feet and limbs. Some die at birth or are humanly put to sleep. Those that do live tend to live shorter lives due to their deformities. With the proper education and information they make great pets.
